My approach is rooted in Narrative Coaching™ and creative liberation, enriched by deep nature connection, somatic and nervous system awareness, and ancestral re-connection.
I bring to this work not only tools and teachings, but lived experience — through creative music, authentic voice exploration, personal healing, and a lifetime of soul-centred entrepreneurship.

✦ A Life Rewritten
In my early thirties, my life was vibrant and full of creative expression: performing in three musical groups, producing multidisciplinary music/art events, and training passionately in the Brazilian martial art/dance form of Capoeira.
But then everything collapsed — a serious back injury and the sudden disbanding of my closest collaborators left me standing at a crossroads. The path I chose led to a period of deep questioning, identity renewal, and sacred reorientation to heal unresolved trauma in my lineage. It has spanned two decades and involved many thresholds.
My relationship with creativity and music transformed. I began to move away from the stage and into the circle — into community-based singing, sacred song gatherings, and village rituals where voices joined not for performance, but for connection. During this time, I began to catch many songs - they were messages from the land, from the ancestors. These became what I now call village building songs — songs that mark thresholds, awaken ancient remembering, and honour the cycles of nature and human life.

TThis evolution of my life was supported by a tapestry of education and practice. It stretches from my early study and performance of jazz music, to the personal healing that came from the investigation of my own nervous system, to the practice of compassionate communication, and to the experiences of authentic vocal music journeys.
My relationship with the land and cultural elements of connection deepened through an apprenticeship
in the 8 Shields model with Wisdom of the Earth.

This supported my own cultural repair work and connection to ancestral guidance — a thread that continues to shape my personal rituals, my Narrative Coaching™ practice, and the way I show up as a personal ally, attuning to each client and to the field created.

Soul Path Shoes continues to thrive with a six-month waiting list year-round.
It was the vessel that supported my family for over a decade during the collapse and renewal of my music life.
The inspiration was not just about producing shoes — it was about understanding the customer and custom-crafting unique footwear that reflects the individuality of the one wearing them.
Whether crafting shoes, improvising musically, facilitating authentic vocal exploration, or supporting others as a personal ally or threshold guardian, I am always drawn to the essence — and to the paths of deep connection.
This reinforced the knowing that my creativity is not bound to one form.
I have always sought to capture the essence within all forms, and nourishing this root and accessing this deep wellspring is at the heart of what I do and what I offer.
From that place the creative spirit in each person will find its own ways to flower.
That path continues now through Soul Path Ally, where I integrate all the threads of my life, including narrative work, healing & creativity, and help others with renewal and integration on their own unique path.

✦ Threshold into Fatherhood
The passage into fatherhood has been profound and continues to shape me.

Parenting with intention — alongside my loving partner, and rooted in land, community, and the unfolding gifts and mysteries of neuro-emergent family life — has deepened my commitment to healing and expanded my sense of purpose.
Fatherhood evokes in me an archetype of strength and care —creating safety not through force, but through consistent presence, attunement, and the tending of life from ember to flame—deepening my embodied understanding of secure attachment.

It's this lived experience of fatherhood that shapes the care, presence, and respect I bring to others as they navigate meaningful change in their lives.
