Musicians Creative Lab
Original Songwriting/Song Catching in a Supported Creative Container

A retreat for musicians ready to create. The container balances spaciousness to access creativity with clear structure and healthy pressure—what I call "the power of need." Participants write an original song and present it raw, with backup musicians supporting.
The priority is process over polish, realness over perfection. Leave with a song born from authentic creative urgency—refinement can come later. Benefit from the collaborative process and joy of discovering and playing with other musicians.
Multi-disciplinary option: These retreats can also be offered as multi-disciplinary creative labs—musicians sharing space with dancers, movement artists, visual artists, and healers. Each discipline works on their own creation while cross-pollinating inspiration, culminating in a shared presentation where the arts weave together.
