Facilitated Music Jam 
4-week series, Jamming 101
Learn how to truly connect with others through the joy of making music together.  Rather than the random chaos, unsatisfying or terrifying experience that jamming can sometimes be, experience the joy and deep satisfaction of music that flows and that you are an integral part of creating, regardless of your level of skill !  (if you have questions or doubts about this, please reach out)

My approach to music & jamming is rooted in deep listening, in attuning to each other and to the music itself.  I create a very safe, welcoming space where we can make a lot of good music with very little.  My definition of a good music experience is one that feels alive and connected, it breathes and flows organically, it is mutually supportive, and it allows everyone's unique qualities to bloom and contribute to the whole.  Jamming with others can be a very powerful connector, a deep channel for growth, expression, and community building.
All instruments welcome, including the voice!

Authentic Voice Workshops
